-Client Service Manager to support firm’s growing real estate practice

The Law Firm of Baillie & Hershman P.C. announces that Sharon Dunlap, relocation professional with over 20 years’ industry experience, has joined the firm as Client Service Manager. Ms. Dunlap will support the firm’s growing real estate practice focusing on its client and corporate relationships.

The newly created position is a reflection of the firm’s continued growth. Baillie & Hershman P.C. added an attorney to its expanding real estate practice just last month. As Client Service Manager, Ms. Dunlap will build and expand client and corporate relationships on behalf of the firm. She will also work closely with the firm’s subsidiary, Associated Attorney Title & Closing Company, P.C. (AATC) to help clients achieve their relocation goals throughout North America.

Ms. Dunlap has worked extensively in the relocation industry, and has implemented corporate relocation policies for global entities across several industries including Pitney Bowes, Praxair, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, The Home Depot and Capital One. She has worked for Coldwell Banker Relocation, Prudential Relocation, and Relocation Resources International. Most recently she was Real Estate Portfolio Manager with Weichert Relocation Resources. She is a Certified Relocation professional as designated by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. She also has a Connecticut Real Estate Agent’s license.
