Baillie Hall & Hershman Welcomes New Attorneys

Law firm grows to meet client needs

Baillie Hall & Hershman P.C., Connecticut's largest supplier of real estate closing services to the employee relocation industry, adds two new attorneys as associates. The Cheshire office welcomes Christopher T. Chenette and N. Scott Santaniello. Both attorneys join the firm with a primary focus on real estate transactions.

"In anticipation of our continued growth, we are adding two solid performers to our team," said Attorney Don Baillie. "Chris and Scott join the rest of the firm in providing residential real estate expertise to our clients."

Chenette, 28, joins the firm after clerking in Waterbury Superior Court. Prior to that, he interned at Northeast Utilities, the regional utility provider. In that position he researched real estate and tax issues and drafted leasing agreements. Chenette earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law (2003) and his B.A. from Central Connecticut State University (2000). Chenette will be based in the firm's Avon office.

Prior to joining Baillie Hall & Hershman P.C., Santaniello, 29, handled residential real estate transactions for a Wethersfield, Connecticut firm. He also interned for the Connecticut Secretary of the State. Santaniello has a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law (2001) and a B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland (1998). Santaniello will work primarily at the Baillie Hall & Hershman P.C. Norwalk office.

The announcement comes on the heels of the firm's opening of a full service office in Norwalk, Conn. The firm now has locations in Cheshire, Avon and Norwalk, Connecticut; and Orlando, Florida.
