Hall has received the Outstanding Community Service Award from the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce. Hall, who is Chairman of the Town Council and Mayor of Cheshire, has served on the Town Council for the past five and one half years.

The award is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the betterment of Cheshire. Peter Talbot, President of the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce, presented the award last night at a dinner for 150 attendees at the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting. The event was held at The Farms Country Club.
